SJFC has over 30 paid positions.  Approximately half of these are full time.  Our pay scale is comparable to similar jobs in remote rural areas, but the benefit package offered is equal to or better than  most for similar positions .  We invite applicants who have early childhood education credits and experience, family support credits or credentials, and domestic violence or sexual assault counseling education or experience.  We also offer entry level positions in early childhood education for those willing to pursue courses in this field at any of the nearby college campuses.
